About this property

Cozy on Nantucket. Walk to golf and brewery ! Jeep rental available.

We are located close to Miacomet Golf Course, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery! Short distance to Cisco Beach and Town, perfect location to relax and enjoy our beautiful island. We have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited available for rental. Soft top, can be partially or fully lowered for the ultimate convertible experience. There is also a bus at the end of our street for those of you who don't feel like walking or biking!
The house has 4 bedrooms: 3 queen beds and 2 full size beds. Great for kids but we are not ready for babies! You would have to do your own baby proofing! Happy to help with that! Great house to spend a nice vacation on Nantucket but please, NO PARTIES! I am always around to answer any questions! We prefer Friday to Friday rentals! Hope to see you this summer!! Teresa

Well equipped home, quiet area

Our family of six had a wonderful stay. Home has a kitchen with all that we needed, comfortable bedrooms, nice outdoor spaces, and room to spread out. Owner was very responsive. Easy access to the island shuttle. Walkable to Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery. Easy bike to beach.

Very relaxing

The property is actually much nicer than pictures on the site, and much larger with 4 bedrooms. Teresa is right next door however you would barely know she is there unless you need something then she is very responsive, all in all a great stay and would be back

Wonderful Vacation August 2023

We just rented Peaceful and Cozy for a week in Aug. This place was perfect. A nice big kitchen, plenty of places to sleep. Everything you need for a comfortable week. The outdoor porch is so beautiful and probably our favorite spot. Teresa was available to answer any questions and very kind. Town was an easy 2.0 mile walk or ride and actually very nice. We absolutely loved this place and would come back in a second.

Great Stay!

Teresa was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. This house was perfect for us and the location is great, with Bartletts and Cisco so close. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the outdoor space was great for gathering!

Great Stay!

Exceeded expectations! Teresa was very helpful before and during our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to bike to the beach and was very close to Bartlett’s Farm, etc. All around great!
