The Villa, on two levels, has 6 bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a big garden and a heated swimming pool. Hot water for the whole property, pool included, is provided with solar panels.
The villa also has a cinema room with Full HD projector with NETFLIX Premium Ultra HD subscription.

Badesi is a small village, active all year round and particularly lively during the summer. It is possible to find every type of service: commercial activities, supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants. The Badesi beach is contained between the cliffs of Isola Rossa to the east and those of Castelsardo to the west. In the area, it is possible to practice various activities such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking etc.
The Olbia airport and the Alghero airport are about an hour away by car. While the ports of Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres are about 40 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Wifi connection is included. A cleaning of 4 hours on Saturday and Tuesday (starting at 10:00 am) with change of bed linen and towels is included. A cleaning of 4 hours on Thursday (starting at 10:00 am) with change of towels is included.

- The cost of electricity is included up to 250 kw/week of consumption.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
