You are 400 meters on foot from the center of Canon, the press, the Chez Pascal bakery... (open every day during the summer) and 1.5km from the Piraillan market, Le Bassin d'Arcachon at 300 meters (5 minutes walk)

This House: 3 Double bedrooms with 160 cm beds; 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds of 80; 2 bathrooms. All have their own dressing room or chest of drawers.

Living/dining room of 40m2 opens onto the dining room and a completely new and equipped American kitchen (4 induction burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker) opens onto the wooden terrace (BBQ, furniture). garden).

Possibility to fit 2 cars.

Washing machine and dryer, TV, complete the equipment of this comfortable and welcoming house.

This Villa will offer you a warm setting all year round for a family and friendly stay.

Très belle maison

Très belle maison , parfaitement située pour découvrir le cap ferret en vélo. Le gérant est à l’écoute et nous a donné de très bons conseils.
