Nestled in the Victorian District this home has modern amenities and bright inspiring decor throughout. The main floor has a double parlor layout with spacious living room, dining room and open concept kitchen. Bedrooms 1 (Queen bed) and 2 (one Full/Double bed and one Twin) are on the second floor. Bedroom 3 with King bed is on the third floor with en suite bathroom & window seat daybed. The home is situated on a double lot with a spacious fenced in yard. Off street parking is behind the home.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home and walking everywhere. So close to everything. Very clean and we enjoyed the porch swing. Would return and recommend for other families looking for a beautiful, quiet place.

This was the perfect place for home base while our family visited Savannah. Three generations from one to forty nine and all were comfortable and happy with our stay.

Perfect home and location!

I cannot say enough good things about this home and the experience with the property manager. Our group of 6 adult women planned a 70th Birthday celebration for my mom in Savannah and after lots of research landed on this home because of the amenities and location, as well as the wonderful reviews. I can honestly say it was everything we wanted and more! First, the home is even more beautiful in person- the photos do not do it justice. The colors and furnishings are beautiful, comfortable, and capture the feel of the city without being too formal. It was very clean and there were coded locks on all exterior doors and gates, which was convenient and also made us feel very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few blocks from Forsyth Park. Also located just a short Uber ride from a Kroger market and all attractions. We walked to many popular places as well! The back porch and yard are lovely and we really enjoyed the porch swing! We did not encounter any issues during our stay, but had a few requests and when we reached out to the property manager, she responded quickly and did her best to help! She even provided a lengthy list of recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do while in Savannah. If you are heading to this lovely city book this home- you will not regret it!!! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place for us to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday! I hope to return to Savannah, and will definitely stay here!
