Prime location in Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Beatrice had the flat in great shape. Walking distance to most things we had planned to do in the area. The only drawback was one AC unit in the Kitchen area. With daytime temps above 103 F, it never cooled down enough for a decent sleep. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our two night stay! Parking was easy and it was ~5 min walk to anywhere in Chateauneuf-du-Pape (a small village). The pictures accurately show the property and we loved the outdoor space. I think the owner, Beatrice, lives next door. She was very friendly, spoke/wrote English very well (I don't speak Fench), and was easy to work with for check-in/out. A few things to note: - The apartment is on an upper level (up a flight of stairs). Totally fine for me, but just an fyi to others - There is a washing machine, but no clothes dryer. This is probably obvious to Europeans, but as an American I was surprised. - A lot of things in Chateauneuf-du-Pape are closed on Sunday
