Spacious swimming pool (12x6) heated and secured by an electric shutter, equipped with deckchairs and pool towels.
A terrace overlooks the swimming pool for lunches and dinners with a view of the sea and the islands. Large table with chairs, charcoal barbecue.

A little sport: on site you will find a ping-pong table and a bowling alley.

The night lighting of the garden and the swimming pool allows for beautiful evenings.

level -1: closed garage for 1 car, laundry room

Excellent Property

It was easy to rent and communication with the property manager was fine, thanks to Google translate. The villa is nice and quiet and the pool was fantastic. The road leading to the villa is very narrow and not easy if you meet a car coming the other way. We found it easy and quick to walk into Cabris but could be a real problem for anyone with mobility issues. Using a car would be absolutely necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
