Pool & More

You only had sun in the pool area in the early morning. Spacious house. Pool table is tiny. Two towels per bathroom. No laundry detergent. No spices left. Coffee pot is a Keurig (they told us it was a regular coffee pot). Mgmt company made sure to waste a lot of our time and had us buy chlorine for the pool because they couldn't bring the pool person out. Waited and begged for the baby package and they lied to us about that. Needed pics of everything (broken ignitor on grill, scummy green pool, coffee pot). Told us the housekeeper was at Walmart buying stroller, pack n play & high chair. Took into the late evening to receive and what she delivered was very old and used. I guess the housekeeper was lucky & got brand new items for herself. House is very far from clubhouse.

Plenty of space

The overall experience was "ok." There was plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 8. Families should be aware that the homes are very close together and each night the people on either side of us partied until after 3am. I would definitely not recommend this place to families with small children because they will not be able to sleep through the noise.

Great Communication.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. There were minor issues but only 1 major issue. THe gate entry. We would have to wait in line at the gate because other guests had an issue entering. Other than that, the space for my family which included 8 people was sufficient. I would definitely rent again.

Orlando family vacay

Beautiful home with nice layout. Community was beautiful and ac worked great. Garage was extremely tight to get in and out of especially with a nice size suv. Furniture could have been larger, and more sturdy. Patio dining set looks good in pics but is really falling apart. Living room couch is tiny. Beds are extremely low to the ground. Furniture looks bright and vibrant in pictures although it’s not. Everyday living for renters is not taken into consideration. Pool table is tiny and pool sticks didn’t even have tips on them. Everyday necessities were not great quality or we’re just missing. No extra blankets or throws. No sets of matching towels, some towels had stains and it wasn’t many towels for the entire household (my family is a family of 5 with 3 girls/women) needing to wash hair and more towels, and it only had 2 beach towels even though house is equipped with pool. Hot tub was not heated even though in listing it stated you could pay extra to heat pool, in Florida in August I would not pay for a heated pool and didn’t need it heated for our stay, pool was fine but hot tub was cold. I’ve never stayed somewhere that you had to pay extra to heat hot tub and that was not clearly stated either. Cooking pots and pans were sparse. No salt or pepper, no seasoning… Only 1 large garbage bag given for kitchen for a 6 day stay. No kitchen sink stopper. No dish towels provided. Every time the front entrance gate was used there was always a line because it didn’t work properly. We found a back road gate entrance that became our way in because that gate entrance worked fine. Also with this company you could not pay directly to VRBO site, the payment options that seemed easiest was through Zelle and on the weekends it was a bit difficult to confirm that payments were received on schedule. My family would rent in this community again just not with this management company.
