Fully renovated in 2022! New furniture and appliances as well as new paint and refinished floors!

Great Mid-Island, Beach-front Location! 3 bedroom single family house with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean!

Step out front and step foot on the beach! You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath. A second room featuring a queen sized bed overlooks the ocean as well with each bedroom having access to a covered wrap-around deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Custom built in 2004, this house has heart pine floors throughout and 10ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is also included!!

This home sleeps 6 and is steps from restaurants, shops and other attractions. Reserve today and see why this house is the only one of its kind on Tybee.

Please note that there is a 7 night minimum stay in June & July.

Had a wonderful time here. Very close to the ocean. Beach access was fantastic. Loved watching the sunrise on the balcony. Host was great. Home was clean and well stocked.

This large home with a stunning ocean view from multiple decks and windows was perfect for our vacation with 3 couples. The pics on Vrbo are great but in person the views were even more stunning. Dolphins swam within view almost every morning of our stay. Within 3 blocks of the home you have access to a few really good restaurants, a liquor store, and the High Tide surf shop, whose staff is super friendly and helpful with surf rentals. Another great thing about our stay was that the beach area was never crowded and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Tybee.

Host was easy to communicate with. Locations was great. Easy access to beach House and accommodations were as expected and what we needed. House had what we needed for the 3 nights. Really appreciate the beach chairs that were available saved us from packing. Grew up about 2 hrs from Tybee and have been coming to Tybee for 40 years. First time at this place and we would definitely consider using again. Some of the best sunrise pics on the island from the deck. Great relaxing deck to sit and enjoy.

Greatest beach trip!! The views were so good!! The stay was so comfortable! We have very small children so staying in during nap time was just as delightful as being on the beach. Will definitely come back - already mentally planning our return in the Fall. Thank you so much! Your home is spectacular!

The host was wonderful. The garage is tight for getting out of but once you figure out where to park inside, it works out ok. The attention to detail is noticeable. I like that they provide paper products and shampoo etc. The house looks brand new. Lovely wainscoting and light blue paint makes it feel very beachy inside. We spent the majority of our time out on the deck enjoying the weather.

The house was spotless. The location cannot be beat, steps to beach! Kitchen was well stocked, and the house was comfortable and bright! Had anything you would need for an ocean stay including chairs & umbrella. We loved the balconies and the view. We'd highly recommend to anyone!
