The Villa de la Grève Blanche is located 200 meters from a fine white sand beach.
This very large house, with over 200m² of living space, can accommodate up to 8 people + 1 baby. The entire property is yours to enjoy.
The very large swimming pool (not shared) is a lap pool measuring 12m x 3m (rare in rental properties). You can easily swim long lengths.
It is heated to 28°C. It faces south and is heated from May to the end of September. For children's safety, there is an electric curtain (NF).
In a storage room, you will find pool toys.
It is surrounded by a wooden deck.
At your disposal are 2 garden furniture sets and 1 electric awning to protect you from the sun when dining outdoors.
A 2,500m² enclosed garden will accommodate both young and old for a game of soccer or volleyball. It has 4 bedrooms:
On the ground floor:
No. 1: a bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm),
No. 2: a bedroom with two single beds (0.90cm) with a walk-in closet and garden view.
UPSTAIR:
No. 3: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (160cm) + 1 TV
No. 4: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (180cm) + 1 TV.
This magnificent bedroom opens onto an outdoor wooden terrace with panoramic sea views. You can see the boats offshore.
You will also find:
A newly fitted and equipped kitchen (new for 2022). A living room with a TV and a fireplace (wood provided)
A dining room with a large oak table (seats 8)
A winter garden with 3 deckchairs and numerous books
A children's playroom with a small table, small chairs, games, and books
A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer
A large relaxation room with:
A steam room (42°C, humid heat, essential oils are provided, as are towels)
A fitness area with a treadmill and exercise bike (pool view)
A lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a drink
2 separate toilets
2 large bathrooms:
No. 1: a double sink vanity, heated towel rail, and a double walk-in shower (unusual)
No. 2: a double sink vanity (wooden), a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail
Towels are provided (1 large and 1 small towel per person). In the garden shed you will find 3 bicycles, a barbecue, 4 deckchairs, 4 outdoor armchairs, 1 barbecue, and beach toys for children.

A mini disco located on the property is available only for the holiday season.

Wonderful house by the sea

The house is lovely with multiple relaxation spaces. Close to the sea and for walking around the coast. Pool is heated and beautifully clear, also there is plenty of outdoor furniture. Owners friendly, easy to communicate with and keen to help. We had a great 2 weeks.

Fantastic Holiday

Marie-Lauren and Stephane are excellent hosts. The house and facilities just right for us. The heated swimming pool just wonderful. Short walk to nice beaches and nice coastal walks. We stayed for two weeks and we found plenty to do for all age groups (children from 9 to 13). Local restaurant le Carre excellent and highly recommended easily coping with our lack of French! First time we visited this part of France and we really enjoyed it. 1 hour from the Roscoff ferry.

A week in Plouguerneau

We had the most relaxed holiday in Plouguerneau staying at the beautiful villa owned by Marie-Laure and Stephane. They were there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything to us very thoroughly so that we knew everything about their property. The pool was marvellous, as was the sauna! Our youngest never got out of the pool, even on the cooler days because it was heated so the drop in air temperature did not matter. The villa itself was like home from home. Everything you could need was there and more. I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute and look forward to returning to have the same luxurious holiday another year. Thank you Marie-Laure and Stephane for bring amazing hosts. See you again. Zoe, Keith, Eve, Rio and Isla

Nous avons passé 2 super semaines en août dans cette maison. Point de départ de nombreuses promenades le long de la mer, nous avons pu profiter pleinement des paysages et de la plage toute proche (et des bigorneaux). Spacieuse, la maison correspond en tous points à l’annonce et chacun avait bien son espace. Nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo et avons pu profiter de la piscine .Nous avons également profité du calme qui régnait, aucune nuisance sonore n’étant venu nous déranger. Merci encore pour les cadeaux de bienvenu et la gentillesse de Marie Laure et Stéphane. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage. Nachts konnte man das Meeresrauschen hören. Toller weißer feiner Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu dem Haus gehört auch ein beheizter großer Pool, den man gut nutzen konnte, wenn einem der Atlantik zu kalt war. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool ist 12m lang, so dass man sogar Bahnen schwimmen kann. Der Garten ist riesig und die voll ausgestattete Küche beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Bäder neuwertig - alles super!

Très bon accueil ; super location ; excellent temps, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une agréable semaine en Bretagne Nord, trop courte pour faire découvrir à notre famille tous les attraits bretons. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, petites douceurs de bienvenue. Magnifique maison, de grand standing, décorée avec soin, la piscine chauffée est un grand plus, à 200 m une très belle plage de sable blanc, possibilité de partir de la plage pour randonnée. Schöner Aufenthalt mit Pool

Mit vier Erwachsenen hatten wir ein großzügiges Wohnangebot und ein gut ausgestattetes Haus. Wir konnten wegen des sonnigen Wetters die großzügigen Außenanlagen mit dem tollen Pool jeden Tag nutzen. Auch den Hamam haben wir gerne genutzt. Nur wenige Gehminuten liegt der wunderschöne Strand Grève Blanche entfernt. Außerdem konnte man schöne küstennahe Spaziergänge machen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!

Très belle villa et superbes vacances

Nous sommes venus en juillet 2021, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, la maison est magnifique et très bien située. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, tout est basé sur une relation de confiance réciproque. La météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine et de l'extérieur de la maison autant que nous l'aurions voulu, mais nous en avons profité pour visiter la région et faire de belles balades ... bref, déconnexion totale en cette période compliquée de crise sanitaire !!
