Spread over two floors, the house features a spacious, welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets, accommodating up to eight guests, including babies.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace suitable for remote work, TV, washing machine, and baby essentials such as a crib and high chair.



Outside, enjoy a covered and heated pool, a landscaped garden, a sunny terrace with barbecue, and a pétanque court for fun times together.



The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and Plouguerneau’s center is 15 minutes on foot. You have four private parking spaces and step-free access for added comfort.



Please note before booking: pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. For stays of one, two, or three nights, bed linen and towels are provided for an extra charge. Maximum capacity: eight guests, including babies.

Pros: Belle situation à deux pas de la mer. Et en cas de pluie, la piscine est un refuge bienvenu !
