New built house in the country of 450 square meters with exquisite decoration, total privacy, air conditioning, swimming pool, several spacious private terraces with independent play areas, large lounges, large independent rooms open to the field with large and comfortable beds, fully equipped gym, football table.
Finca with many fruit trees with the possibility of picking fruit and vegetables for consumption.
Supermarket, restaurants, etc. within 5 minutes.
Golf courses within 5 minutes.
White sandy beaches 15 minutes.
12x6 pool integrated into the private garden surrounded by natural grass meters. Very quiet area with lots of privacy.
There are some animals on the farm, our dear donkey Dolça, our lovely sheep Lluna, some hens that will give you wonderful organic eggs, as well as some prehistoric constructions.

Perfect stay

It’s an amazing finca, lovely hosts and some funny animals as neighbours! You need a car to get around, but therefore it’s really quiet 🤗

MAGNIFIQUE!

We had an excellent stay at Villa de Carme. The location is perfect (close to town, villages, beaches) and above all very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and all the villa's amenities. There's everything to satisfy every guest (children and adults). The children loved feeding the animals (donkey, chickens and sheep). A car rental is required for this rental but it's 100% worth it! With several sites nearby, we could take our time in the morning and leave in the early afternoon to visit a village or a magnificent protected beach. Easy to get around. The villa is also very well equipped, with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms, bedding and washer-dryer. The hosts helped to make our stay a memorable one; we lacked nothing. Carme was always accessible to answer our questions and to recommend visits/places nearby according to our needs. I highly recommend this property, it's got it all! We'll be delighted to return the next time we're in Mallorca! We wouldn't hesitate!

Eine wunderschöne,rustikal mallorquinische Finca

Die Finca ist superschön angelegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Den Kindern haben besonders die Tiere und der Pool gefallen! Man ist absolut privat und hat es sehr ruhig! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Finca!

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Carme und Ihrem Mann verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und Carme hat uns auch tolle Tips gegeben. Man verbringt gerne auch einen Tag im Pool und am Haus. Teotz der ländlichen Lage ist man in 20min in Palma, Supermarkt ist 5min entfernt und der Strand von Arenal in 10min zu erreichen. Auto ist aber zwingend erforderlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect stay with the family

We had 10 very exciting days in the Finca. The location is close to the sea and Palma as well, a view min. with the car, but far away from any neighborhood. You are realy allone there. To Finca is Equipment with everything you need, very nice furniture, nice bed rooms, 2 fridges, 2 dish washers, nice Barbecue area and a large pool. 3 of the 4 bed-rooms are very convinient, the 4rd has a loud air-condition. The Finca is a 5 Star recommendation

Das Landhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sogar schöner, als es auf den Fotos dargestellt wurde.

Optimal für Familien, sehr großzügig, toller gepflegter Garten. Und für unsere Enkelkinder war natürlich der Esel und das Schaf das Highlight.

This house was a dream getaway in gorgeous Mallorca!

Firstly the house is absolutely gorgeous - old world charm with all modern amenities. There is both a wonderful kitchen for preparing home cooked meals and a full outdoor bbq area. The property is amazing with an inground pool, lush landscaping, and a smattering of friendly farm animals about. But truly the best part was the owner, Carme, and her husband. They were the most gracious, welcoming and kind people, sharing vegetables from their garden with us and recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants. Whenever we had a problem (which was infrequent but totally within the norm of reasonable considering it is a large house), the owners were immediately responsive and attended to the issues quickly. I could not recommend this rental more highly - it truly made our vacation on Mallorca perfect!

Die Finca, Zimmer und alles weitere sind wie auf den Bildern und teils noch schöner. Empfehlenswert!

Schön ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles gut erreichbar ( Supermarkt....) Trauben, Feigen etc durften wir ernten und genießen; gesamte Anlage und Haus sehr gepflegt und schön; Carme war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Fantastische Traumfinca

Wir verbrachten mit 8 Freunden ein paar schöne Tage in dieser tollen Finca. Wir mieten seit mehreren Jahren mit einer größeren Gruppe Landhäuser / Fincas, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die Schönste. Der Außenbereich ist sehr geräumig und der Pool samt Aussicht wunderschön. Das Füttern des Esels und des Schafs gehörte auch zu unseren täglichen Ritualen, auch wenn wir keine Kinder dabei hatten. Dazu kommt die sehr gute Verbindung zum Flughafen (ca. 20 Minuten). Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very nice and spacious house and surroundings

If you are looking for a peaceful place then you have come to the right place. The most noise is made by the cute donkey Dolce and it's mates - the sheep and the hen :O) A car is needed as the house is located on the countryside, but it only takes a short drive to go to the well equipped super marked Mercadona. Nearby it's also possible to have some take away or visit a restaurant. The landlords Carme and Toni are very nice and helpful. We can only recommend a stay at this beautiful house.

Wunderschön auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet

Die sehr schöne Landhaus-Villa liegt etwas im Landesinneren- aber nicht weit vom Meer, Supermakrt etc. entfernt. Besonders schön ist es, dass man viel Platz im Freien hat. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt. Da nicht alle Schlafzimmer in einer Richtung gelegen sind eignet sich das Haus für Familien mit Kindern - zusammen mit Leuten, die vielleicht im Urlaub mal ausschlafen möchten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und schön groß, so dass mehrere Leute gleichzeitig kochen können. Besonders toll ist der Essbereich im Freien, der zum verweilen einlädt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen - es hat alles wunderbar geklappt wie mit der Vermieterin ausgemacht - wir sind froh, dass wir uns für diese Villa entschieden haben !

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben als Gruppe von acht Freunden 10 tolle Tage in diesem Haus verbracht, welches im Inserat korrekt beschrieben wurde. Es ist sogar noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, sodass es einem an nichts fehlt. WLAN war sowohl im Haus als auch am Pool verfügbar. Eine kleine Attraktion sind auch die auf dem Grundstück in einem umzäunten Bereich lebenden Tiere (ein Esel, ein Schaf sowie Hühner), die auch gerne gefüttert werden dürfen. Der Zustand der Villa ist gut, es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage fanden wir optimal, denn das Haus ist zwar äußerst ruhig gelegen, gleichzeitig aber nicht zu weit ab vom Schuss. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings unabdingbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe, zu Sandstränden muss man jedoch etwas weiter fahren. Aber die vielen schönen Strände und Buchten auf Mallorca sind auf jeden Fall einen kurzen Trip Wert. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas.

La casa es muy acogedora. Bien equipada, con habitaciones cómodas y decorada con encanto mallorquín. Amplio jardín con césped y piscina. Entorno muy tranquilo, encantador por las noches. Bien comunicada. Perfecta para nuestro plan: relax, recargar pilas y conocer un poco la isla. Muy recomendable.
