Perfect for discovering the Peak District, yet within easy reach of the town centre, Matlock Green is a lovely family holiday cottage.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio and lawn with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
