We enjoyed our week in Wells very much. The house itself is perfect.
Only if you are a light sleeper you need to keep the window shut in the parents bedroom.
house and the location offer a perfect stay for exploring Cornwall and enjoying a peaceful, historical city. House is spacious and ticks all boxes for comfort.
