Great Location, Accommodations and Host

We had an amazing stay in Annecy. We were two families (9 total, all ages) and the place had lots of room for everyone. The accommodations were amazing, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The place was better than the pictures and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you Mathilde for assisting us in having a wonderful time in Annecy.

Fantastic location. Villa was nice, although a bit "tired" on the outside. Dead plants around the pool area, it wouldn't take much to sort out and would make such a difference. We found the host manager quite difficult, argumentative when issues were reported. Maybe things were lost in translation. Breakfast daily, wasn't quite as advertised. We were left jam, bread and yogurts. The bread was hard the following day! We visit Annecy every year. Would we return to the villa? No, we have rented better villas, with less stress.

Stunning Views, Beautiful Villa, Perfect Pool

We loved our stay at Villa Pladia. A very well equipped and homely Villa offering plenty of space and style inside and outside and a perfect pool. The views of the Lake are stunning and visible from the pool deck and the majority of the rooms. The host is excellent. Really responsive throughout the booking process, offered a personal greeting on arrival with a gorgeous welcome pack and was available throughout our stay for any questions. Worth noting that the villa is on a steep drive and a number of steps lead up to the front door. There are several places inside the villa with two steps which add to the style but should be considered if travelling with a toddler or anyone with mobility challenges. There is a pool cover which is great for child safety and preserving temperature itself.

Weekend paradisiaque Ă  la villa Pladia

Nous avons passé un weekend absolument merveilleux à la villa Pladia. Magnifique maison avec piscine, proche du lac et des commerces, confort et vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et ses couchers de soleil flamboyants. Mathilde est vraiment aux petits soins et cherche à faire plaisir à ses hÎtes. Petit déjeuner du premier jour trÚs apprécié. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Merci Mathilde!

Des premiers contacts à la réservation jusqu'à notre départ, Mathilde s'est montrée disponible et facilitante. A notre arrivée, un accueil 4* nous attendait : Sapin de Noël, feu de cheminée, Magnum de Champagne & Petit déjeuner. La villa est magnifique avec une vue époustouflante. Great vacation in a great location!

The house is absolutely beautiful- exactly like it is presented on the site. Everything you might need - you can find. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The area of Annecy is simply magnificent and we had a great family gateway for 5 days. Highly recommend to everyone!
