This semi-detached cottage is located close to the village of Windermere and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
48 Oak Street is an end-terrace cottage close to the village of Windermere and just five miles from Ambleside. Set over four floors, the cottage sleeps eight people and has two king-size double bedrooms and two twins, along with a family bathroom and a separate shower room, together with two cloakrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with arch to a dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside is roadside parking for one car and additional parking in nearby car park, along with an enclosed yard with furniture. Situated in the heart of the Lake District, 48 Oak Street is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.
Amenities: Gas central heating and one oil heater. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one with Sky Sports, one with BT TV and BT Sport and one with FreeSat), DVD, Bluetooth enabled speaker, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking for 1 car with visitors' permit, additional parking for 1 car in local car park, 4 mins walk away. Free parking also available on nearby streets. Enclosed yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (on ground and lower ground floors only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Entrance in and out of the property is via the front door only. Note: The neighbouring property has access once a week to the yard only for emptying their bins.
