Lovely townhouse in an excellent location to explore Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The house was spotless! A fully stocked kitchen, with everything you could ask for. Communication was great and access was easy. Thank you so much for a perfect stay, couldn’t recommend it more.

Really nice condo in a great area. We packed a lot of summer activity into the 4 days and this was a great spot. We took advantage of outdoor pool and hot tubs a couple times, took scenic chair lift to peak 8 (11000 ft), went white water rafting in Buena Vista (about 1-1/2 hrs away), fished on the nearby Dillon reservoir and ate and shopped on main st.

Thank you for staying with us. We were a little surprised by the 8/10 rating, particularly since no concerns or feedback were shared with us during your stay or in the review. We always appreciate constructive feedback and work hard to provide a clean, comfortable home for our guest. Unfortunately, after this stay the home was left in unusually poor condition, including an unflushed toilet and clothing, shoes, trash, and other belongings left scattered throughout the property. In fact, when we first entered, it appeared, someone might still be staying in the home. We certainly understand that vacation rentals require cleaning after every guest, but we do ask that guests leave the property in a reasonably respectful condition.

The townhome was spotless and felt just like being at home. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen with everything one would need, and comfortable beds. Loved the variety of games for fun evenings in - made for very fun family time for our family of 6 adults. Perfect location - easy walk to town and easy walk to the chair lift and multiple shuttle stops. Loved having the garage and storage for ski equipment. The property manager Stephanie was very responsive and incredibly helpful.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4! Close walking distance to Snowflake Lift and into town allowed us to explore and enjoy Breck every day! The whole process from booking to check-in and check-out was super easy. We will definitely be back!
