Upon arrival, a kitchen with a small refrigerator, 2 ceramic hobs, a mini oven and a microwave awaits you. The bathroom, with toilet and washing machine, is functional. The main room, bright, is furnished with a sofa bed in 140, a dining area, a TV and a closet/closet. It opens onto a sunny balcony of about 4.20 m2, furnished with furniture. Parking is available on the street (paying). This apartment, ideally located and easy to maintain with its parquet and tiled flooring, is in good condition. Please note that pets are not allowed.
