Beautiful property inside and out
We stayed here with our 5 kids, ages 18-25. The house has plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen has 6 burners on the stove and a double oven so it was convenient for cooking for a group and we had everything we needed (but if you plan to make anything that requires tools other than the kitchen basics just remember to bring those items with you as well as containers if you plan to store leftovers in the fridge). The beds are very comfortable, the water pressure is good. The air conditioning is consistent throughout the house- we all like it pretty cold at night and usually sleep with a portable fan but didn't pack them and we were still comfortable. The bunk bed room was a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house and can't have a ceiling fan because of the bunk bed obviously, so if the guests staying in that room like sleeping with a fan it would be a good idea to pack one- but it was still a comfortable temperature in there. The decks are so spacious and have great areas to hang out. There are 2 yoga mats and I absolutely loved doing yoga on the lower deck, the view is incredible! We loved hanging out on the dock, just sitting enjoying the view, fishing, as well as taking out the kayaks. The lake is gorgeous! We bought all the food we thought we needed before we drove in, but it was nice to know that you can pick up many items at Son's of Arley which is only a 10 minute drive. All 7 of us loved everything about this property.

Great Lake house
We enjoyed the lake house. It has everything you need. The house has all you could want. Bedding was good. Kitchen equipped- could use some mixing bowls and things like that but overall- well equipped. The dock was great for the boat and jet skis and the kayaks were a nice touch. Having the guest house is a bonus for extra fridge space. Bring everything you need. Temps could have been cooler in the guest house- never figured out why we couldn’t get it cooler but that’s on us for not asking about how to get temps down. Great house and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay
We had a large group of family and friends. This house could easily accommodate the entire group. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks for your hospitality.

First, the property listing title says “New”, this property is not newly constructed, maybe a new VRBO listing, but not new. The interior living space is well designed and great for a large group and was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was the least supplied VRBO we have stayed in. A minimal amount of dishes, utensils, and pots. The advertised 4 bathrooms are actually 2 full baths and a “Jack and Jill “ set, so that means only 3 shower/baths. The exterior is also designed well and great for a large group. However, the deck, furniture, and interior of the screened bar area all needed a good cleaning. Mildew and tree debris was everywhere. We did enjoy our stay, but for the price, one expects a better property in terms of overall maintenance and care.

Great time at the lake
We had a great family vacation at the lake. We had 9 adults and 3 teenagers in our party. We brought our speed boat and had the lake to ourselves as we went skiing and wakeboarding. The covered dock was great for swimming in the clear water and relaxing in the shade. The house was spacious with a big kitchen to prepare and serve our meals. The upper deck was a good place to eat and enjoy the views of the lake. One drawback for some people might be that there were a lot of steps from the house to lake but that help me get my exercise in for the day. We really enjoyed are stay at the lake.
