With a location in the heart of the Lake Norman area, this house has it all. Enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing in the private cove, or relaxing on the dock sitting area. Inside, take advantage of the cozy living room, which has Roku TV, quick wifi, new hardwood floors, and a working fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, spacious countertops, and bar area. Cookware, utensils, cups, plates, mugs and silverware are included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the dining area, covered porch or dock sitting area.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Guests may also sleep on the couches in the living room or on the inflatable mattress that is provided.
The house is conveniently close to I-77 exits 36 and 33, with access to great shopping, restaurants and attractions.
