Located in the Gorgeous Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, this villa in Admirals Row is a top floor end unit affording wonderful cross breezes while watching the sunset. The resort includes 2 onsite pools, 2 bars/restaurants, sand volleyball court with access to 9 fully lighted tennis courts, 2 Pickle ball courts and on-site bike rentals. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen including ice machine, coffee pot, Features a large Private open air balcony patio with great ocean view —Living room with surround sound Unit including DVD player and hi-speed WIFI. comfortable sleeper sofa and double reclining sofa. Unit also includes beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards and beach wagon. There is Mini-Golf located minutes from unit next to Carrabba’s Italian grill.

Great location. Has a full kitchen which is nice for a longer stay. Balcony is lovely, great view and I could even hear the waves. It was pretty quiet around the complex our entire stay. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk away.

My husband and I spent 4 days at the property for a fall vacation - the condo was great. Very furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the boardwalk to ocean / beach access. Great condo with beach view from balcony, nice spot to enjoy morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. Property adjoins the beach for a morning walk listening to the ocean. Host provided everything for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed an occasional cooked meal in a well equipped kitchen. Nice two bed, two bath unit in a quiet area close to some great restaurants.

We decided last year that we wanted to invest here so we can have freedom to come and stay but also share our love for the beach with others.. We see ourselves retiring down here in the future.! So much to offer from great beaches to tennis and pickle ball to onsite restaurants and bars to the largest pool on the island! There is a little something for everyone not to mention the ocean view from our large balcony and beautiful sunrises! Great investment for our future.
