This brilliant beach house is designed for family fun – offering 3000 sq ft, pool table, 3 levels, 5 bedrooms accommodating 12 guests. The location of this house is phenomenal, very close to Publix, restaurants, beach bars and a short drive to St Pete Beach.

Best of all, you just walk out the back door and you are on the beach.

Another perk is the views! Views from the second and third level as are spectacular.

The ground level has a garage. Driveway and garage will allow for 4 vehicles to be parked there.

Second level features the main living areas, kitchen and dining. The kitchen, dining area and living room have an open concept where family time is just perfect.

The kitchen is well equipped for large families to cook and serve meals. The kitchen has granite countertops with two full ovens, a microwave, dishwasher and includes outdoor dishes for dining on the balcony. The kitchen is also wonderfully integrated into the dining space. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen so you have plenty of room to store drinks and food.

The dining room table seats 10. There is an additional counter top seating for 4 people and the high top table in the breakfast area seats 4 more.

The great room has a large sofa with a large TV, beach views and access to the large gulf-front balcony that includes a covered seating area. The Recreation Room is adjacent to breakfast area with a pool table, games and books. There is a full bath and a half bath on the main level. There is a large Whirlpool duet washer and dryer available.

This beachfront home offers privacy and seclusion, making it the perfect place to experience the romance, magic, & the unique energy of the ocean without the crowds.

Second floor balcony has covered seating area on porch, large picnic table, and chaise loungers facing the beach – perfect to lay out.

Third level has all of the bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom and access to the Gulf-front balcony. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony. Bedroom 3 has a King bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and access to a Gulf-front balcony. The children's room has Full bunk beds. There is a hallway bathroom shared by 3 bedrooms.
The top floor balcony is accessible from the Primary bedroom and another bedroom.

The location could not be any better if you are looking for a relaxing family vacation with unlimited activities yet a feel of having your own private beach. Multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance or short drive. Because of the residential location the white sands and gorgeous waters of the beach was never overcrowded.

The house is located near the Jolley Trolley stop which makes it very convenient for guests to jump on it to explore the area!

Pet may be considered - if approved, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes

* Pool heat is available (Oct - April ) $35 per day + taxes.
* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.


Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
