Newley Renovated 2 Bedroom Ocean Front Villa in South Forest Beach!

The condo is perfectly located on Hilton Head Islands South beach area. Our two bedroom villa is a first floor unit and has a king in the master, queen in the guest , and a pull out trundle couch with memory foam in living area and will comfortably sleep 6. Our guests have access to the Hiltons poolside bar and grill and starbucks (hilton pool is reserved for Hilton guest only)! There is an oceanfront pool at ocean dunes just steps from our unit which is heated to a perfect 82 degrees year around. The condo comes with 2 parking spaces located in private gated area.

Easter weekend!

The unit was the perfect size for our small family group and an excellent location! It was cold and rainy during our stay so we didn’t use the pool, but we used the ping pong table between this property and the Hilton next door.

Great time at the beach

We really enjoyed our January 2023 vacation at the beach. The property was clean, convenient, and perfect for our little family. Location was steps from the pool and Atlantic ocean, and we enjoyed the beach bar at the neighboring hotel! The laundry services were easy to access and the surrounding restaurants were delicious. We are planning on returning for another adventure in 2024. Thanks again for a great space.

Wonderful condo

We had a great time staying in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are two newer beach chairs for use in the unit, the other ones in the unit are pretty dated and not comfortable. We decided to rent two and an umbrella since we had 4 adults. The rental process of the chairs and umbrella at the beach was very confusing. We could not get a hold of anyone at the number or on the website to rent them. Turns out that you have to rent them directly from beach patrol, just a heads up for anyone who wants to do the same. It was a great trip and we look forward to coming back again soon!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was absolutely spotless! It smelled fresh and all the bedding and towels were fresh and neat as well as updated! The beds were very comfortable, as was the modern pullout sofa. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, coffee, (Keurig and coffee machine) family size refrigerator and full size dishwasher. The first floor condo has a ramp or stairs access. Easy to park our rented bicycles outside. Had supplies to use at the beach if we wished. Lovely outside patio, overlooking the Hilton property next door. The beach was lovely. You can rent chairs and an umbrella down there. Separate to the condo. Amazing stay and again, soooo clean! Loved the gorgeous updated tile, quartz bathrooms! Will be back!

Excellent Place!!!!!!

We have never stayed in Hilton Head so we weren't sure where to stay. We came across this gem and it was the perfect place for our 1st trip. The room was clean with no issues. The beds were very comfortable. I will say at the time of our stay there was only a Keurig machine for all you coffee drinkers so be prepared. They provided several chairs and a couple of toys for the beach. It had a short walk to the parking lot, pool, and beach. We seen dolphins every day on the beach, and at one point we seen 5 at one time. We also seen a sting ray swimming around, and to top it off we seen deer on the beach!! There were 3 large bucks in the dunes on our last night. It was so neat to see deer on the beach. Overall this place provided us with everything we needed to have a wonderful long weekend! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unit. It had everything needed. We were originally to go with my sister & brother in law but thay had an emergency & couldn't go. It ended up being just my husband & me. The unitvis beautiful & clean. The king bed was super comfortable (I can't say about the queen). The fact that the hosts have a beach wagon, chairs, & even beach toys is an extra plus. There are umbrellas available to rent at the beach, if needed. The location to the beach is phenomenal. Itbis justba short walk. The pool is nice, even though we never actually used it, we walked past it daily. The fact that the Hilton allows you to acess their bar is a plus. I can't say enough about the hosts. They were extremely accessible & accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Cleanliness definitely needs improvement

The cleanliness of the unit was not great at all. The couches/ chairs all had noticeable stains on them. The king bed when pulling back covers had hairs on the sheets. Feet would turn black from walking around on the floor for a few short minutes. The back slider was off the track we had to get back on track so door would even fully close and lock. We killed 6 spiders in our short stay one was in the bed. Countertops had sticky stuff on them in kitchen and we had to wipe them down. Overwhelming smell of plug ins. Were told we had until 11 am to check out the cleaning person was at the door at 9:52 telling us we had to leave and was very rude about it.

Great location!!

We had a great stay with our 2 young kids. The hosts were very communicative! Loved that the first floor unit was actually elevated up a small set of stairs so our kids couldn’t open the slider door and wander. The easy access to the beach, bar & grill next door, coligny plaza, and grocery stores made it such a convenient spot! We brought bikes for our kids and biked up to the big playground near the plaza and to dinner / ice cream daily. The beach access couldn’t have been easier! The hosts even had a beach cart to haul whatever we wanted on the 3 min walk down to the beach. The pool is fairly basic but well kept and with plenty of lounge chairs. The unit was well-equipped and the kitchen has been nicely updated. We did have a hard time getting our things to dry out even with the dehumidifier, so just be prepared to do laundry (coin operated on 2nd&3rd floors) or bring extra beach towels — the unit does not supply them. Wi-Fi in the unit wasn’t very strong, and our cell reception was poor, but the smart tv worked well for streaming in the living room. Foam toppers on the beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Overall great spot! Would stay again!

Food, shopping, beach; food shopping beach - and all with fabulous place to stay. The place is fully appointed with all you need. Beautifully clean. The location is really convenient and being at the south end of HH it has the advantages of being in the best section of the Island. We loved walking to the grill next door to hear an evening of a guitar player singing. The walk down to the beach is mat covered and the showers are made for humans. We did not get in the heated pool there was too much food and shopping. Be sure to go to Hudson's and Fish Camp and if you don't the Piggly Wiggly was just down the road. Get the booklet Treasure Guide published free with shopping locations for both Hilton head and Savannah - Yes! Savannah too. You can extend your stay here and get two towns for the price of one. All resort areas are great shopping spots for everything that won't fit back into the suitcase or on the airplane. I only got one Callaway Club. The used clubs at the multitude of shops gave both of us a chance to see if we should take a new toy with us. Look for my humble blog coming in the next weeks about our wonderful stay. The condo was great. Comfy furniture, super mattresses, fully appointed kitchen, a TV in every room and nice places to sit inside and out on the balcony. The parking was easy and there were luggage carts to go to and from the car. cherielynnsherstory

Responsive & Helpful

We were coming in fresh off of an extremely busy time personally and professionally, which led to forgetfulness. Thankfully, the property owners were very helpful and in a timely manner. They were quick to reply to us using the app and to ensure that we got up to speed and quickly into our vacation. The property itself was as expected, a great little beachfront get away with amenities and attractions close by. But, the service made the difference for us. Check it out!

Clean and Convenient Property

The condo was very clean upon arrival. The unit is on the first floor and the property is directly connected to the beach. It was very convenient to go from the unit, to the beach, to the pool and back. Owner was very responsive to our messages. Located within a quick distance to several restaurants and shops.

Perfect proximity to beach!

This property was perfect for a group of 4 of us ladies looking for a relaxing beach vacation. The proximity to the beach was perfect, the ability to rent 2 additional chairs and umbrellas (and have them set up!) was delightful. Access to the Hilton's bar/coffee was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was so nice they offered beach towels at this location, just don't forget to bring your quarters for washer/dryer ($1 ea),. We did this trip in August, and managed to do so without a rental car- we just took Uber or walked- but really didn't leave the area very much. The host was incredibly responsive and open to feedback. I would book this space again, as it was just what we were after!
