Situation idéale pour ce petit appartement très propre : à 5mn à pieds d'une plage surveillée et à 18 mn à pieds des principaux commerces , marché quotidien et grand parc arboré. L'extérieur est très agréable pour prendre ses repas, se reposer sur les transats ou jouer à la balle avec notre petit chien. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Appartement petit mais fonctionnel . Terrasse au top avec un store banne et 2 chaises longues dans le jardin. Petit bémol, pas de WiFi ni de barbecue comme noté dans la description. Manque un peu de vaisselle ( saladier et spatule...) et de patères dans la salle de bain. L arrivée et le depart ceux font par la maman tres gentile et disponible.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. L'appartement était très fonctionnel et agréable avec un jolie petit jardin pour nos 2 petits chiens. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour aller a la plage. Bel environnement pour aller faire de belles balades. Krystèle est très sympathique et très intentionnée . Le seul petit bémol (pour nous) il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi pour le télétravail(comme précisé dans l'annonce). Mais sa ne nous a pas empêcher de passer de très belles vacances.

un été à Nauzan

Séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de Krystele. Il est très bien équipé, proche de la plage et calme. Le jardin a été très apprécié par notre petit chien et par nous même. Nous recommandons vivement.

Location à la hauteur de nos attentes

Appartement idéalement placé à 200 mètres environ de la plage de Nauzan et proche du centre ville. Appartement une chambre et un canapé lit bonne literie. Logement très propre et disposant d'un rez de jardin. Salle de bain refaite à neuf. Cuisine commode et présence d'un lave linge. Le logement dispose d'un accès à la rue via le jardin, idéal quand on rentre de la plage. La remise des clés se fait par l'intermédiaire de la famille domiciliée dans les environs. Très courtois et à l'écoute de nos attentes. Merci à vous pour ce logement propre et idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Merci également d'avoir accepté notre petit chien qui a bien profité du jardin. On recommande cet appartement.

Au pied de la mer

Un appartement à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la mer c’est très agréable. La mère de la propriétaire à été très arrangeante pour les heures d’arrivée/départ. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Et place de parking à disposition dans la résidence qui est privé.

Studio idéalement situé à proximité de la plage. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel, la place de parking est très appréciable. 2 chaises longues en bon état seraient appréciables et les tabourets de bar pourraient être changés sinon tout est parfait.

Découverte de Royan et ses environs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement situé près de la plage, très propre, bien équipé. Une grande terrasse et un petit jardin permettent de manger dehors. Nous recommandons cette location.

Rez-de-jardin fleuri et lumineux

Jolie petite résidence calme et très bien située par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. L'appartement est très sympa avec une belle terrasse et un grand jardin. Il est bien équipé. Seul point négatif : la salle de bain qui est à rénover.
