Beautiful one bedroom apartment in the city center.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator in a pedestrian street, in the heart of the old town, 100 m from the lake and 500 m from the old town.
Shops, restaurants, cultural places, train station nearby (5 minutes walk).
Brand new, comfort equipment, bed 140x200 (Double), Wifi, TV.
Ideal to enjoy the cultural attractions of the city, bike rides on the lake or the mountain.
Bed linen and bath linen are provided.

⚠️Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. The nearest parking lot is the parking lot of Bonlieu located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement bien agencé et équipé, services de l'agence médiocres

L'appartement est en plein centre ville. Une fois la voiture garée, tout se fait à pied ou en vélo c'est très agréable. Le salon donne sur rue mais la chambre donne sur une cour calme. Un ventilateur est à disposition pour les chaudes nuits d'été. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très bien agencé, avec un espace nuit bien séparé. Côté agence, l'expérience est beaucoup moins positive : aucune réponse aux emails / ne réponds pas au téléphone, ménage très light (on a vraiment pas envie de marcher pieds nus dans l'appart...). En synthèse, merci au propriétaire et 0 pointé pour l'agence.
