Ein schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ca. oberhalb vom Plage de Kersiny ( ca15 Gehminuten hinunter zum Strand), mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Durch die große bodentiefe Fensterfront zur Terrasse ist das Haus lichtdurchflutet und immer schön hell, auch wenn die Bretagne ihr Talenzt zu durchwachsenem grau-diesigem Wetter zeigt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber, neuwertig und gepflegt. Die an das Haus grenzende Garage ist geräumig, bietet Platz für Fahrräder oder Surfboards und hat einen sehr praktischen direkten Zugang zur Küche. Die Schlafzimmer sind funktional und modern eingerichtet, die Bäder sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus und dem großen Garten mit Boulebahn. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Lage, Ausstattung, Zustand- alles bestens! Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Was verbessert werden könnte: Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, sicher neuwertig, aber so weich, dass man zu zweit in der Mitte zusammenkullert ) Behindertengerecht: Übergang vom Innenraum auf die Terrasse nicht schwellenfrei (für z.B. Rollstuhl) ebenso Übergang von Rasenfläche zu Terrasse nicht schwellenfrei. Sonst ist alles wirklich bestens!
