Located in a very quiet residential area, overlooking the bay of Fort de France, Pitons du Carbet, the sunset over the sea will leave you with unforgettable memories.
Ideal for travelers looking for many activities, it is located in a dynamic tourist area while being located in a very quiet residential area, conducive to relaxation.
Very close to the tip of the end (800 m), you will find:
- the Creole village: traditional and local restaurants, car rental companies, clothing and decoration shops, bakery, pharmacy, local artists,

A perfectly located and appointed villa!

We are just wrapping up 11 days in this unbelievable villa! My husband, daughter and I had more than enough space for all of us. The villa is appointed with all that you need for a stay: every kitchen utensil and gadget required, a Sonos speaker for music, and everything you could need for a trip to the beach! But the real highlight is the outdoor space. Facing the ocean as well as Fort-de-France, the views are spectacular. We rushed home every evening to enjoy the sunset. The pool is just large enough for a quick dip to cool off and there’s plenty of lounging spaces. It’s situated in a residential area with privacy from the neighbours. We enjoyed walking down into Pont du Bout to enjoy the restaurants and shops. It’s also perfectly situated on the island to get to the southern beaches and into Fort-de-France if need be. We had a car for our stay and appreciated that the villa was behind a locked gate as well. The communication with the hosts and the local property management was exceptional. All in all, we would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Great stay with a great view

Belle villa idéale pour 1 ou 2 couples. Idéalement située avec vue sur la baie de Fort-de-France et belle marche jusqu’à Pointe-du-bout avec ses restos, boutiques et plage de l’Anse-Mitan! On y retournera.

Vue exceptionnelle, bien meilleure que celle des photos. Tout équipé. De belles attentions comme : café suffisant pour le premier matin, madeleines, épicerie de base très complète, savon à lessive, literie et serviettes suffisantes. Tout est confortable et bien pensé. La piscine est extraordinaire, l’ambiance est formidable le soir. Arrivée et départ très facile grâce à Maria. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. L’emplacement, tout à fait central, nous a permis de découvrir tout le sud de l’île très facilement. Nous reviendrons!

Vue imprenable

La propriété offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur les montagnes environnantes. Elle est très bien équipée et l’aménagement extérieur est de plus invitant. Marie a été des plus accueillante. Son petit punch de bienvenue a été grandement apprécié. Il est à noter que des travaux de construction sont présentement exécutés sur le terrain adjacent à la propriété. Cela peut occasionner du bruit incommodant durant les jours de la semaine.
