Welcome to Kissimmee, and a beautiful 4bd 2 bath fully updated house with screened heated pool, 7 minutes drive to Disney and 20 min drive to Universal studios! Perfect for families, and students, and traveling nurses! House also has a custom made play room with miniature golf:)
Located in a col-de-sac so you will get a lot of privacy while you staying!

The space
4 Bedroom 2 Bath, fully renovated house that has a private custom built play room in Monsters Inc. theme.

Bedrooms:
Every bed has a comfortable mattress and a set of a nice cotton sheets to make sure you have a good night sleep. Every bedroom has a Roku TV, (Master Bedroom has cable as well), so you can stream your favorite shows. Every bedroom has a closet with hangers and a dresser, so you can fold/hang your clothes to prevent it from wrinkling. If your clothes got wrinkles, feel free to use the ironing board and an iron that is provided.

Living/Dining Room:
There is a computer and a desk area for those who come to work, feel free to use it. Dining room area has a dining room table and a dining room set.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is fully stocked with basic things for cooking, including: pots, pans, spices, oil, coffee, tea, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ set for the grill outside.

Play Room:
Play Room includes mini golf, X-Box, board games, and other games.

Pool Area:
Heated, screened pool that is being heated upon request for an additional charge 50$/day, price can be negotiated for longer stays. pool is being heated constantly at 80F(weather permitting) you would like it to be warmer, refer to the fees above. Pool area has a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table.

The property was just as described, and I thoroughly enjoyed the area! It was a peaceful and quiet place, conveniently located near everything we needed. Anna, our host, was incredibly wonderful and accommodating. Initially, we had planned to stay for a week and then move on, but we ended up staying longer because we genuinely liked the place.

Great place

We enjoyed our time at Anna’s place. It was just a few minutes from Disney and was very clean. The grandsons loved the activity room with all the games while we were there. Anna was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. If we are in the Orlando area again we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful pet friendly home. The pictures are spot on. It was very clean, in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything. My daughter and husband really enjoyed the pool. The house is equipped with everything you need. A home away from home. The neighbors were really nice. We met their new puppy Axel who played with our dog. I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.
