The host was very welcoming and accommodating, answered questions in a timely manner and very friendly. Very close to Disney (approx.10 mins) and still close to Universal (approx. 25 mins). We would stay here again for future vacations. Definitely recommend.

We had such a relaxing and fun stay at this location! The pool was a total highlight—crystal clear, great size, and perfect for both morning dips and evening wind-downs. The beds were incredibly soft and cozy, like sinking into a cloud after long hours of shopping. Everything about the space gave off good vibes—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. Pool was nice. Close to Disney. Property very outdated. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. I had to clean myself. Blood on door and bed frame. Dirty smelly trash cans in kitchen. Dirt and trash under bed. Hairs in tub. Hairs and dirt around toilet. Frying pans and pots had old food debris in them. No extra trash bags or cleaning supplies. It was a warm weekend and ac could not be adjusted. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of and I requested a refund.

"We take pride in our home and our reviews usually reflect that. While we did have a cleaning issue as the normal crew was unable to provide services i rapidly contacted another to do the cleaning job at last minute. i tried to address the issues to the best of my ability. From the very beginning this guest's behavior was not the norm. Before booking he questioned many of the fees, including Dog fee, cleaning fees, and even Vrbo fees. He asked me except a daily rate that he proposed and no other fees before his booking . He states that the house was unacceptable but stayed the entire duration of the booking. this in my experience suggests a different motivation than dissatisfaction. guest continued to search for reasons to demand a refund, it appears the guest’s expectations were not aligned with a paid booking. We remain committed to providing a transparent and hospitable experience for guests who respect the hosting process." We are disappointed that the guest has chosen to use this platform to disparage our home in an effort to justify a free stay." i have been a VRBO host for many years, We have issues like any other host, but i personally run my home and don’t rely on a management company in a way to directly and personally give the guest the best experience .

The house was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was quiet and right across from the lake. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was located near tons of shopping and dining. There was so much to do at the house; pool table, darts, games, the pool and even scooters for the kids to ride. Thomas was a wonderful host! The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.
