Le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne pendant notre séjour, dommage ! L'appartement est confortable, l'environnement nécessiterait une vraie amélioration. Impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes en été.

Bel appartement très bien équipé

Belle location très bien équipée à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Une fois la surprise des poubelles des restaurants au pied des fenêtres , ils sont bien élevés et ne font pas trop de bruit le soir venu. La propriétaire est agréable et nous avons débattu ensemble du précédent locataire en mode gros cochon f’dans ka bienveillance.

Reposant, ressourçant... Le logement est très bien décoré, équipé comme il se doit avec de l'électroménager simple d'utilisation. La literie est très confortable. Localisation centrale facilitant les longues balades à pied, les journées à la plage mais aussi les trajets en voiture. Proche de bons restaurants et glaciers. C'est la parenthèse dont nous avions besoin. Merci à Pauline et Peroline 💕

Bonne localisation VS Mauvais environnement

Appartement bien rénové et équipé!! Emplacement cœur de ville top!! Appartement sombre et dont les ouvertures donnent au dessus des poubelles des restaurants. Non recommandé pour les familles avec enfants car bruyant en raison des restaurateurs qui vident leurs poubelles en fin de service vers 23h00/00h00. Travaux en cours à l’étage du dessus avec des entreprises mandatées par le propriétaire (nuisance sonore, poussière ...). Pas d’accueil (dépôt de clés sous le paillasson par une entreprise tiers et personne désagréable au téléphone quand on lui indique que les clefs ne sont pas accessible)

Un appartement bien rénové dont l'environnement immédiat laisse une impression " contrasté"

L' appartement s'est confirmé être une belle rénovation. Bien équipé du point de vue de l'espace cuisine comme de la salle d'eau. La literie, sujet toujours sensible nous a semblé de qualité correcte sans plus, le matelas du lit double est accueillant mais manque de portance. L'environnement immédiat , celui de la cour laisse à désirer et n'incite pas à s'y attarder. Le fait d'être en centre ville de Noirmoutier est agréable pour la proximité avec les commerces et le marché. L'accueil par la personne en charge sur place s'est très bien passé . L'attention de la propriétaire à nous contacter en amont , au début puis au terme du séjour est appréciable et participe de la qualité de l'accueil au sens large. En amont nous avons pu discuter du supplément que constitue la facturation de la location du linge de lit et de maison, en particulier en haute saison ou les tarifs de la location sont élevés.
