Cozy and comfortable apartment located in the coastal area of Oliva, a few meters from a family beach. It can accommodate 2-3 people.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same room. There, you can relax cooling, thanks to the air conditioning at your disposal, while watching TV or reading a book. In the furnished dining room you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including electric stove. The property also features 1 washer machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The house has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and access to 1 crib.The sofa bed the living room can be prepared for a third guest. Also, in the apartment you have access to one full bathroom with shower, 1 fan and 2 radiators.

The home environment is fantastic. Enjoy the quiet, family oriented, sandy beach that is just 50 meters away from the property. Playa de Oliva, is a low density beach which will allow you to take long walks by the sea, enjoy good restaurants with traditional regional dishes or the terraces in the tapas bars. You can visit the town of Oliva, the Thursday street market, its beautiful old town, and the medieval Moorish quarter of the suburb with their traditional festivals. In the surrounding area you will find the Marjal Nature Park and the Font Salada, a water birth where you can bathe.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 24 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

L'appartement est à 70 mètres de la plage. Il est bien équipé. L'environnement est très chaleureux et plutôt familiale. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a très bien reçu. Il n'y a pas de parking mais il y a régulièrement des places libres dans la rue. Séjour en août. Je suis très contente de nos vacances et mes enfants aussi. Il n'est pas impossible qu'on reparte au même endroit. Rien à signaler
