THE SPACE
As you approach The Beach House you will be welcomed by the grand entrance featuring a wrap-around porch lined with an abundance of rocking chairs and beautiful gas-lit sconces. Feel free to sit down and soak it all in, your vacation of a lifetime is about to begin. After walking through the beautiful dark wood French-style doors you will enter the lower-level living chamber. This room is packed with comfortable couches and chairs, lovely decor, and wall-to-wall windows, offering a perfect place to unwind with a book, sip your morning coffee, or watch a movie with family. Taking the hall just past the living chamber leads you past the half bathroom, which is both clean and cozy, to the open-concept kitchen and dining room. This space is filled with natural light, access to the screened back porch, painted beautifully white like the rest of the home, contrasting the hardwood floors ever so lovely. The dining area features a large table with seating for eight underneath an extravagant chandelier, a comfortable window nook equipped with pillows for those early morning quiet times, and both a wine and beverage fridge for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including a large double-door refrigerator, gas-top oven, and microwave. The kitchen also offers a plethora of cooking and dinnerware for your cooking and dining needs. It has been said that the fondest memories are created around the dinner table and the design of this space at The Beach House curates just that.
Moving back down the hall towards the front door is where the stairs leading up to the bedrooms are located. The second floor hosts the master bedroom and bathroom, two guest rooms, and a large balcony on the north side with a porch swing and comfortable outdoor seating. Vaulted ceilings, a dedicated HVAC system, a large private balcony with seating, a private attached large bathroom, and a cozy king-sized bed create a luxurious master bedroom sanctuary. The suite also features comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace, and storage for your personal belongings. The ensuite bathroom hosts separate his and her vanity sinks, an armoire and closet space for your convenience, and a large shower and toilet space beautifully designed with shiplap walls and four showerheads. The master suite also features a dedicated private covered balcony with seating. In the hallway outside the master suite, a cozy seating area houses a Keurig coffee maker and mugs for mornings on the balcony sipping coffee– just in case making it down the stairs that early seems unmanageable.
Separating the two additional bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom with his and her vanity, a shower and tub, and a pocket door separating the bath and toilet from the rest of the space. The two guest bedrooms each boast king-sized beds, while an upper-level washer and dryer fills the landing space. Each of these bedrooms offers all the comforts of home: a bed fit for royalty, comfortable seating, storage space for your belongings, a television to unwind, and beautiful views surrounded by trees. On the upper levels, it can feel like you are in a treehouse with all the natural scenery encapsulating the home.
Taking the final steps to the third floor you are led to a television room, where you can relax on the couch while your favorite movie plays or step out to the balcony which provides perfect views of the southern coastal sky. The third-floor guest room is equipped with two built-in twin beds and trundles underneath sleeping a total of four. The bedroom also has a comfortable chair, dedicated storage space, and a bookshelf for the little ones. The bathroom is adjacent to the guest room and features a walk-in shower. This is a perfect space for kids to enjoy.
Additional features of the home include a large enclosed outdoor shower and a second washer and dryer privately-hidden on the covered porch out back so you don’t take the beach with you inside the home. LOCATION
Step outside and find everything in Rosemary within a couple of minutes. Go south to the beach, north to the workout facility and tennis courts, east to the pool, or west to restaurants and shopping. Spend the morning at the beach, stop by the pool, grab some lunch or coffee in Rosemary Town Square, and take the kids down the street to one of several grassy green spaces or neighborhood playgrounds. Most everything in Rosemary is within a short five-minute walk. Be sure to check local bulletins for community events and gatherings.
