The property was perfect for a week at the beach with our family of 5. It was very clean and extremely convenient for access to the town and beach. The provided beach parking pass was a huge plus as well. We would definitely visit again in the future!!

Our forth (fifth?) year at this property and we were so glad to be back at our home away from home. Three adults and two young kids - this place is a dream. Clean, comfortable, the pool, the residential parking pass which makes going to the beach a breeze, close to stores and restaurants, close to playgrounds and a nature trail. Just book it.

Perfect size for family of 5. Kids loved the bunk room. Perfect location, close walking distance to some restaurants, a Wawa convenience store, ice cream, and mini golf. Within 1 mile of the beach/boardwalk, and more restaurants. Bike-friendly area, and the resident parking pass was also useful when we wanted to drive to the beach. Bethany is a sweet beach town, about 30min from the bustle of Ocean City, MD. Can’t wait to return.

This was a very good property considering price and location. Community pool is very close and nice to use. Wanted to give a 4 1/2 star rating due to several little issues: Difficult to adjust thermostat, a few of the pots and pans needed a good scrubbing to use, bath tub and sinks could have been cleaner, faucet in 1/2 bath was leaking. Didn't realize we needed to bring our own bath towels. Host was easy to communicate with and always answered texts.

Great stay!

Enjoyed a relaxing week with our kids here. Lots of games, toys, books for us to use. Pool very close so was easy to have lunch at the pool. Nice that there is chairs and umbrella to make it easier for us. Would rent again!

This property was clean and comfortable for a small family. The owner has always been very responsive. The parking pass is a plus. It is in a quiet development and a short drive , bike ride or walk to the town and beaches. There are also several restaurants and casual eateries/coffee shops very close by. Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family had a terrific vacation here!! Condo was very clean and had everything you might need during your stay! It’s in a great location in Bethany and within walking distance to so much! The checkin process and communication with the owner was very easy and they where very responsive to our needs! We will be back highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach House

A lovely place to spend an anniversary week. The house was comfortable, well furnished, pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable - a big plus! We would gladly stay there again. It was only a mile to the beach, and included a parking pass. Really everything we could want in a beach rental. We had a special time there.

Thanks again for letting my family of 4 stay at this great property! The listing was as advertised.Having the parking pass made the drive and parking at the beach easy and saved on the cost of having to pay to park even if we just wanted to stop by and shop the boardwalk or grab a bit to eat.The property owner was easy to communicate with and I would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to stay within an easy drive to all Bethany Beach (and all the nearby beaches) have to offer.

Gem place of the Beach

Excellent home for a stay at the beach! Very close to all that you would need. It's minutes away from the beach, many restaurants, the town center, boardwalk, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. This is our second year here in a row, we absolutely love it here, and hope to be back again next year! We had a great time staying at this property. Having the outdoor shower for after beach cleanup and the pool for the kids to have as an option was great. The residential parking pass was incredibly helpful and the drive was short to the beach/boardwalk. The host communicated quickly and effectively when we had questions. There are some solid places within walking distance to check out (my wife loved the Italian Market). Only negative we had was the adult beds were a bit firmer than what my wife and I are used to (the kids beds were soft though). My kids both were asking when we were coming back.

50th surprise bday party

We were in town for a friends’s surprise 50th birthday party. Sandy Bottoms was within walking distance to the location of the party. We had a nice stay at Sandy Bottoms. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with, we had quick response times if we had any questions. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again.
