The ultimate in mountain living. This ski-in/ski-out, completely renovated, platinum-rated condo features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, spacious bathrooms including two Jacuzzi tubs, flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace. You can also relax on the private balcony with marvelous views of the mountain and base area. There is also a washer and dryer (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main suite features a king bed and an attached main bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Please note that there is not a sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! For our summer guests, this retreat does not have air conditioning; however, a ceiling fan and portable fans have been provided for your comfort. Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.
The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Hot water for showers is not available for more than 2 people per hour
The location is great and the condo is nice. However, the condo sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms), but only 2 people can shower per hour and less if you use the dishwasher or washer. We had maintenance come several times and were told this. We would not stay here again because of the lack of hot water.

Just about perfect, but needs brighter/more lamps
This condo was very comfortable and well stocked. We cooked most of the time and never found we were lacking necessary equipment (except for an ice cream scoop). Our one complaint was that there was not much artificial light in the condo. At night, it was hard to see in the bedrooms and it made packing and unpacking difficult.

Excellent choice for us...
Location was great. Walk 75 ft and you were on the hill. Non-skiers walked down to meet us for lunch on the plaza. Ski rentals in the plaza. Ski lockers were great to have. Unit was clean and had everything you could ask for.

Best property we have stayed at for the family ski trip. Nicely updated and location was amazing. Property management couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
