Located 20m from the water on the banks of Albigny Avenue, the Swan Lake apartment is the perfect cocoon for your stay in Annecy. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment features a balcony with stunning views of the lake. Each room has a TV. The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20 euros will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Apartment is in an ideal position overlooking the lake.
Apartment is on first floor overlooking Lake Annecy and views from the balcony are breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything you’d need. Bedrooms were of a good size and beds comfortable. 10 minute walk through lakeside park and you are in the town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

Logement identique aux photos, très bon accueil et surtout vue sur lac+++proche du centre ville

Appartement refait à neuf super bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le lac
Petits bémol : nouvelle batterie de poelons qui ne fonctionne pas sur plaque à induction, grille pain non présent et pas de description des appareils électroménagers. Nous nous sommes quand même débrouillé. Juste pour les futurs locataires. Je suis sur que le propriétaire prendra note.
