Ayia Napa Holiday Villa GV13 - Gorgeous 3BDR Seafront Villa with Private Pool
This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just 20 metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.
As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cozy seating and area and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all with built-in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and WC.
There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.
Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool. There are sun loungers and outside furniture for relaxing in the sun.
Overall this lovely villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.
