Pelican Walk 405 is a Stunning LUXURY BEACH Front 3 Bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms that sleeps up to 6 guest. This corner unit condo has a large wrap around balcony with all new Polywood furniture and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf!

The Gulf front primary bedroom has a king bed with a magnificent water view and a private bathroom with a large custom tile, spa-like shower. The second bedroom has a NEW king size bed with an adjoining bath that features a custom tile shower. The third bedroom has a NEW queen size bed. All three bedrooms have new smart Tv's. The Gulf front living area has a NEW 75" TV, leather sofa and chair, and two swivel recliners. Walk out on to the wrap around balcony and take in the spectacular view of the east pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico! All NEW Polywood balcony furniture includes an outdoor dining table for 4 and 2 high-top gliding chairs with side table. The custom kitchen features NEW appliances and is fully stocked with anything and everything you could need to cook and entertain during your beach vacation! The condo is located on the 4th floor with easy access to the elevator and center stairs that takes you right out to the beach.

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to offer! Close to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Although it was very busy in PCB, it was quiet at Pelican Walk. Plenty of parking and the beach was not crowded at all. Staff keeps the grounds very clean, day and night. The unit was gorgeous! Very well thought out in every aspect. The balcony is amazing and relaxing. The office staff was very helpful with booking and arrival. Great stay.

This is without a doubt the most gorgeous unit we have ever stayed at in 40 years of renting at PC Beach. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the storage pantry was a welcome surprise as we have stayed in some that had no place for storing snacks and beverages and the high-top glider chairs on the balcony are the perfect height for dolphin watching with your morning coffee. Kudos to the owners for a well- designed and decorated vacation home. I will definitely be staying here again.

No working ice maker in refrigerator. No tv in 2 bedroom. Balcony furniture ripped and old. Couldn’t use. Trim on floor going to washroom/bathroom wasn’t nailed and tripped on it each time you walk through. Half the Electrical plugs didn’t work. No curtains or blinds in living room or dining room. Won’t ever stay in this condo again.
