About this property

House in antibes centre

We offer you for rent our house, 110m² in Antibes, capacity 6 people, in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the beaches (5 minutes walk from the SNCF train station of Antibes, 8-10 minutes from the port Vauban and the old town , 12 minutes from Gravette beach). Located in a quiet street close to useful shops. Private parking for 2 vehicles.

You can enjoy a beautiful garden with a 16m² swimming pool/spa, 1.30m deep (massage nozzles and rest bench, water heated to 28 degrees out of season) and its relaxing sunbathing area as well as a solar shower . Also a large table for your outdoor meals, an electric plancha and a shaded garden seating area.

Inside the ground floor, large living/dining room with air conditioning, open kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, internet etc.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms. The largest with 1 160x200 bed and air conditioning. In the other two bedrooms, 140x200 beds with silent fans.
Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, 2 separate toilets.
The house is bright and quiet. Residential environment.

We can provide equipment for babies, cot, high chair etc. And ask us for other requests.

Ideal property for family holidays. The house is located in a quiet residential area: no use of the pool after 10 p.m. and no loud parties possible.

Antibes is a wonderful city to visit in season and out of season. We send you a personalized film with the good plans of the area so that you can enjoy it as much as possible.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Household linen provided, pool and garden maintenance included. Friendly and personalized welcome.
Exit cleaning fee of 100 euros.
Deposit of 1000 euros on arrival by check please.

Excellentes vacances !

Tout était parfait! La maison correspond totalement à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables, bien orientés et très bien agencés… La maison se trouve proche du centre d’Antibes mais dans un quartier calme. L’arrière-pays est magnifique avec de nombreux villages pleins de charme à visiter. Merci à Elsa et Anthony pour leur excellent accueil, leur disponibilité, leurs conseils et leur gentillesse. Je recommande cette location!
