About this property

Whole house with panoramic view, in a quiet area

Located in Pringy, in the town of Grand Annecy, the house offers a breathtaking view of the lake, the town, and the surrounding mountains.
You can park your vehicle right next to the house, in the courtyard reserved for you.
On our little hill, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but a few minutes from everything.
Lake Annecy, the mountains, the picturesque old town are 10 km from the house.
Hikers will be spoiled for choice when exploring our beautiful region; or simply for a walk from the house, the countryside there is really beautiful...
We are 40km from Geneva.
Sheets and towels are provided (Yes, otherwise, you will never have room to slide the inflatable crocodile to go to the lake...).
The house is only for you, as well as the terrace on which you can use the barbecue.
There is also a table tennis table, a large trampoline and a climbing frame that children can use under your supervision.

Hikes, walks, swimming in the lake, visits to Annecy, Geneva or peaceful moments on the terrace...
A perfect stay for athletes and relaxation enthusiasts alike!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Annecy. Een heel fijn huis met een groot terras en een fabelachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het huis ligt wel een behoorlijk eind van de stad af in de bergen. Prachtige, rustige locatie met als verhuurder de eigenaresse zelf die helemaal top was. Een echte aanrader.

We genoten van een zalige vakantie!

Bij onze aankomst stond de gastvrouw ons al op te wachten. We kregen een korte, duidelijke rondleiding en voelden ons direct als thuis want alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig! Goeie bedden, zelfs de slaapbank in de living. Het panoramisch zicht is fantastisch. Annecy en het meer hebben alle troeven voor een actieve vakantie in de Franse alpen. Je hebt wel steeds een rit met de auto te doen van ongeveer een kwartier voor je in Annecy bent, maar dat weegt niet op tegen de rust en privacy en uitzicht dat je hebt in het verblijf.

Great location - peaceful neighborhood, beautiful views and quick access

Many thanks to Nadine for offering such a nice place to rest! Family house with everything you need. A garden with space to sit and enjoy the view, activities for children on the trampoline, etc. Meanwhile, Annecy is a short drive away. An evening swim doesn't feel like a big undertaking and doesn't require a long drive. We also enjoyed the local roads and hiking trails, the evening walks offered both exquisite views and encounters with local animals, foxes, rabbits, as well as cattle, goats and even donkeys in the pasture. Both urban bustle and pleasant countryside at the same time. Thank you Nadine for hosting us! Au revoir!
