Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa à Soulac-sur-mer. Aucune déception, que du contraire, la déscription était vraiment correcte et la villa de plain-pied est idéale pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge. Tout était d'ailleurs prévu pour eux. Le terrain qui entoure la maison est magnifique et à nouveau très bénéfique pour une famille. Les propriétaires étaient au petit soin avec nous et réagissaient au quart de tour en cas de soucis et/ou questions. Un séjour à recommander sans hésiter.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison de Palmire et de Philippe, qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison est très propre et spacieuse, et le jardin dans les pins est très agréable et au calme. Nous avons apprécié être dans la nature (forêt de pins) et en même temps avoir la proximité de la plage et du centre ville qui n'est vraiment pas loin d'un coup de voiture. Ces vacances étaient vraiment reposantes et très agréables. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Palmire et de Philippe. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement le premier soir (22H00), et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous laisser des ingrédients afin de pouvoir cuisiner un dîner familial, ce qui nous a bien dépannés !Merci encore !

Wundervoller Garten

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist großzügig und komfortabel sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und die Hängematten in den Bäumen tragen zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen bei. Zwischendurch kommt einen das Nachbarhuhn besuchen. ☺️

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Soulac. Die sehr große Wohnung mit dem noch größeren Garten war echt umwerfend. Viel Platz für alle und sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très beau séjour !

Belle propriété sur un grand terrain. De l'espace pour toute la famille et toutes les commodités disponibles. Petit bémol pour la literie un peu petite (140) et surtout trop molle mais c'est une question de goûts ! Dernier point : l'accueil parfait et la gentillesse de notre hôte, Phillipe :-)

Cette maison on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Tout y est il ne manque rien.Les propriétaires sont charmants et de bons conseils! Une belle cuisine équipée, du café et du lait à disposition à l'arrivée. Des bons oeufs frais de leurs poules. Vraiment merci pour toutes ces attentions.Nous reviendrons! Je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés. La plage est à 2km en vélo c'est facile, même pour les enfants. A bientôt!

Wir hatten das Glück und die Ehre, als erste Gäste überhaupt in dieses schöne Ferienhaus unserer charmanten GastgeberInnen Pam und Philippe einzuziehen. Neben der tollen Lage außerhalb des Ferienhotspots Soulac-sur-mer gelegen, in guter Reichweite zu verschiedensten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten, bietet das Haus wirklich alles, was man zur Erholung braucht, wenn man auf Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit steht: Morgendliche Konzerte der heimischen Vögel, ein herrlicher Ausblick in ein gemischten Wald, eine großzügig Terasse mit einfachen und praktischen Möbeln, eine modern eingerichtete amerikanische Küche mit fließenden Übergängen zum Wohn- und Esszimmer, mit einer bequemen und funktionalen Grundausstattung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Kochen, Grillen, Waschen, anything goes, selbst als 6 Personen Familie hatten wir immer ausreichend Platz für alles was der Urlaubsalltag mit sich bringt. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken unseren Gastgeberinnen, die zeitweise im benachbarten Seitenflügel des Hauses wohnen, für den herzlichen Empfang und die freundliche Betreuung während dieser schönen zwei Wochen. Merci Pam et Philippe et a bientot !
