L'hébergement est très bien situé en plein centre de Concarneau. Une fois installés, cela nous a permis de nous passer de la voiture pour bon nombre d'activités (ville close, plages, etc...) Attention au stationnement qui se fait plus loin sur des parkings gratuits. Il n'y a pas de place gratuite autour de l'hébergement!

Très bien situé. Vue sur le port .a 2 pas des Halles et des restaurants. Pas besoin de la voiture pour aller se baigner dans la ville .je compte bien retourner dans ce beau T2 .très bien reçue. Tout est beau à Concarneau où j ai travaillé et habité Kenavo

L'appartement est très bien situé dans Concarneau, calme. Juste à côté une excellente boulangerie, des commerces, des halls, du marché... Par contre pour l'appartement tout est dans son "jus" dommage, il lui faudrait être rénové.

Mauvaise expérience

De notre avis , on ne devrait mettre un tel appartement en location au vu de sa vétusté. Propreté plus qu'approximative ..vaisselle grasse ..frigo hors d'âge (grilles rouillees) double rideaux sales ..literie HS , plaques de cuisson grasses et sales ..grille pain idem , pas de seche cheveux ...passages communs(escaliers) mal odorant , la moquette doit avoir 50 ans . Nous déconseillons absolument cette location . Seul point positif , son emplacement. Si vous êtes adeptes d'une Propreté rigoureuse , fuyez !
