Resting along the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Forest, this home oversees the charming village of Empire at M-22 & M-72. After a day at Empire Beach, BBQ / lounge on the forest side shaded patio, then wrap up your long lazy Northern Michigan day by taking in a dreamy and serene Sunset as it "Sinks into the drink" from huge Lake side Porch.
Custom Built in 2005, home offers 2000+ Spacious Square feet of living space. The large front patio wraps around the whole front of the home and is accessible from the living room, dining room and Master bedroom too.
The two tiered back patio is shaded by the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Forest, (where BBQ Grill is located) ideal for cool comfortable BBQ, wine/beer sipping or just taking a nap in the comfy deck chairs.

Superb accommodation in Empire, MI

As full time travelers, we know AMAZING when we see it. I would give this top notch vacation home more than 5 stars. The owners thought of everything to provide comfort and relaxation in the beautiful town of Empire. Our family of 4 adults spent days kayaking, biking, swimming and hiking….all close by from the house. As a cook, I appreciated a kitchen with all the supplies to create any meal. There were 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Linens, mattresses and bedding were all of high quality. The owner was great to communicate and provided clear thorough instructions. We would not hesitate to book this home in the future!
