The home was adorably decorated and in a fabulous location. The Factory is just across the street - great for meals, shopping, an ice cream fix - and historic downtown is walkable distance, as well. The horse farm next to the property is actually a 200-acre park. Great place to get in a morning walk or run. Communication with the owner was great. I'd definitely rent again if we return to Franklin.

Absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend. Right across the street from a gas station and The Factory is in walking distance for food and entertainment. The host is wonderful and communication is great.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was so so clean, beautiful, and charming! The host was amazing, very kind and gave great clear and helpful check-in/check-out instructions. It had everything we needed and had the most beautiful landscaping and fresh flowers blooming outside! We loved our stay and loved how close we were to so many great shops and restaurants!

Natalie’s place far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do justice for this quaint little get away. We were on a couples get away and were looking for a private, safe, and clean home with a washer and dryer. The setting for this little house was remarkable! It was located in a rural and beautiful setting while also being in a trendy hopping area. Trust me. We would 100% stay here again and was honestly a little sad to go.

Perfect little cottage for 2-4 people to enjoy Franklin and Brentwood areas. Natalie is an excellent host and the cottage is super clean, perfectly stocked for a great stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

This very cute little cottage was just perfect. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Just a very short distance to very good restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive answering questions.

This was our second stay at this quaint house. It was absolutely spotless. Had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy with all communications. The location is convenient to the shops and restaurants of Franklin. Very cute and nice little town to visit.
