The garage has one parking space allocated to guests. Only the parking space is part of the rental. The owner may use the rest of the garage/basement for other purposes including his own parking.

The swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge paid in cash on arrival. The heating should be requested at least one week in advance, should it be requested after arrival then the minimum charge applicable is one week which is payable from the time the heating is turned on. The weekly supplement is €150 to heat it to a minimum of 28º.

The cold beer pump is the same appliance as used in the local bars and restaurants. If required, please speak to the host about your requirements and he will provide a cost.
