The space
Our home has three bedrooms each with its own private bath. We have a massive great room with a wood-burning fireplace and two sofas, a huge fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen opens to a large dining area surrounded by windows looking out to a beautiful view of the countryside. There are two half baths and a game room complete with a daybed and trundle, billiards, foosball, and board games. The large backyard is complete with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen/bar, fire pit, and amazing sunsets. In the evenings, you can hear all the sounds of nature and enjoy a spectacular view of the stars! The space is perfect for family vacations and gatherings, bridal showers, and small weddings at additional pricing. We are secluded while still being near all that Downtown Waco has to offer including Magnolia/The Silos, Backyard Bar Stage and Grill, Baylor University, BSR Cable Park, Heart O’ Texas Extraco events center, Battle Lake Golf course, and Tradinghouse Lake. There is plenty of room to park your boat or sit on the back porch and watch the cattle roam on neighboring acreage! Space is available for stalling horses and livestock with plentiful trailer parking! Come sit a spell!!
