Wooded Wonder - 4 bed 4 bath home on 2.5 acres - Open for USAFA 2024 Graduation
Driving up to this home you will feel as if you need to pinch yourself. Set in a beautiful wooded area on 2.5 acres you will be right in the middle of a tranquil forest with gorgeous scenery and abundant wildlife. But the best is yet to come - a wonderful comfortable home for your stay awaits you. Upon entering the home, there is an office to your left but entry opens up to a huge living area with vaulted ceilings, cozy furniture and stone fireplace for those chilly Colorado days. You will also be delighted by the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with an eat in area that will seat 8. The spacious master bath is on the main level with another fireplace and large 5 piece master bath. This bedroom has access to the large deck overlooking the beautifully wooded property. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this level. Lower level boasts another large room for family gatherings with a third fireplace and bar area. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bath while the other bedroom has an ensuite bath. There is a wonderful deck off the back of the home which is a great spot to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a late afternoon adult beverage all the while enjoying the peace and quiet and wildlife wandering through.
