Gorgeous patio home with a modern mountain vibe located in highly desirable North Colorado Springs! Built in in 2018, it includes all new furnishings, linens and high end mattresses for your comfort and relaxation.

Enjoy tons of new restaurants, movie theater and entertainment district just 5 min away, go for a hike in Black Forest 10-15 min away, or head to Garden of the Gods or downtown CS just a quick 20-25 drive! Not to mention only only 10-12 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Plus walking trails right across the street!

This open floorpan patio home offers main floor living with master bedroom on first floor and two bedrooms with a full bath in the lower level for privacy. The light and bright great room concept has large windows that show off views of Pikes Peak.

The full finished basement includes a spacious family room with a large 70" screen TV for enjoying movie nights or sports. A bar table and stools doubles as a work space or place to enjoy a snack downstairs. Two spacious guest rooms each with queen beds, black-out blinds, and large closets and a full bath with tub/shower combination complete the lower level. A queen size luxury blow up mattress is also available for additional sleeping option.

The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, gas stove, spacious pantry and counter seating for four. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine on the private patio off kitchen.

A two car garage and private driveway parking as well as convenient guest parking included. Conveniently located approx. 20 miles from CS airport and 75 miles from DIA.

Heidi is an amazing host. Great communication. We stayed at this property for 9 days. We live only 10 minutes away, but unfortunately we had water damage that had to be repaired. This VRBO was close and in a very nice part of town. Close to our church and restaurants. The little neighborhood is so cute, the neighbors are very friendly. If you have dogs, property works pretty well. My only complaint was a very small yard for dogs.But there was plenty of dog walking spots in the neighborhood. 3 separate spots to replace your poop bags too.We loved the home’s layout. 2 cars fit really well in the garage. Well stocked home, very clean. Comfortable master bed. Hot water is great. WiFi is perfect. Me, my wife and dogs felt at home. Will definitely recommend.
