QUIET HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW
Recent house on one level, offering quality services and a beautiful sea view. Ideally located in the town of PENVENAN, near the typical port of Buguéles, the islands of Pellinec bay and Port-Blanc, you can admire the splendid colors of the coast and take advantage of the many hiking trails (GR 34 nearby), beaches, kayaking, sailing school and fishing on foot.
Located 3 km from the market town of Penvenan with its many shops and weekly markets, 8 km from Tréguier and only 15 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec.
PENVENAN is located between Perros Guirec and Paimpol. The sites to visit as well as the nautical activities in the surroundings are numerous.
Our cottage has a large lawn, free parking on site, and a bicycle storage room.
The interior design is contemporary, very functional and bright. The kitchen with a central island is perfectly equipped, the living room and lounge are spacious. The rooms have quality bedding. One of the bedrooms has its private bathroom with double sink. The 2 toilets are separate. WIFI internet access.

Amazing Gite !!!
The gite is all modern, well equiped, well organised...there is nothing negative to say.
Unfortunately, the weather was not great while were there so we couldn't really enjoy much the region.
But we definitely recommend that gite !

Het huis heeft een heel luxe indeling en afwerking en is SCHOON, waardoor het een buitengewoon prettig verblijf garandeert.
De eigenaren zijn lieve mensen, die bovendien goed bereikbaar zijn voor eventuele vragen.
