Our direct ocean front condo is a delight ! ! ! Prove it to yourselves by viewing detailed Condo pictures. This Condo is in the 01 Stack which is the largest Units with 2 bathrooms in the property. Private bedroom with direct ocean view. You'll feel right at home in our 3rd floor Condo, unlike in a hotel room. You will enjoy perfect beach and direct ocean views from north to south. Recent balconies, windows and sliding doors in the building. We recently renovated the entire interior. You will be within beach walking distance to civic center, restaurants, movies, main street fishing pier, band shell, shopping, water park, boardwalk amusements and the sun splash city park is right next door. New lifeguard complex next door for your added safety.
We feature one of the largest heated pools on the Daytona Beach ocean front plus a relaxing hot tub affords you a perfect view of everything from the beach goers to the surf. You will be delighted ! ! ! Daytona beach offers a multitude of activities. Fly through the sky in a para sail or just watch others from your balcony. Enjoy Saturday night fireworks from your balcony during the summer months and of course new years. Great views of rocket launches also from your balcony if you happen to be here when one is scheduled at the cape.
Orlando theme parks are only about an hour away. Kennedy space center and Saint Augustine are close by. For race fans, Daytona international speedway is only five miles from our condominium. Perfect location for bikers as well.
Morning breakfast on the balcony. Walk the beach and take a stroll to the shops or pier. Relax by the pool and soak in the hot tub. Also enjoy an evening swim or soak in the lighted Jacuzzi and pool. You’ll enjoy listening to the waves from your oceanfront balcony. You’ll love everything in Daytona ! ! !

This was a great place to stay in Daytona Beach! The space we perfect. We had three people and plenty of room. The two bathrooms were a real plus. The view of was spectacular! But above all, the hosts were wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed. This is a 10 and we will definitely be staying here again!

Property was sufficient for my family. Plenty of towels to use at the pool and beach. It was not as clean as I would like. There were dead and live roaches.

In response to this review we would like to educate renters that this is Florida and roaches are and have been a part of the environment for thousands of years. We attempt to combat them and have pest control treat the entire property and building monthly. Still, a few slip in. Just the nature of where we are and live. Also, our Condo is seriously cleaned after and before each Guest checks in. Fact is, the property like most along Daytona Beach is getting old at over 50 years and shows signs of being somewhat aged. We go out of our way to accommodate Guest as we did this one but you just can not please everyone.

Wonderful

The owners kept up with us as we traveled down from Ky. When we arrived the owner met us in the lobby and took us up to our condo. He explained everything and gave us the keys. We had trouble with the fire alarm going off and he was right there taking care of it. We really enjoyed our stay and would really like to rent from them again.

We are sorry you were disappointed in the lack of balcony privacy. The pictures on VRBO as well as our website clearly indicated the lack of partitions between balconies. Washers and Driers do not belong to us but a support phone number is displayed in laundry facilities in case of problems.

This Guest was an absolute nightmare. It was evident from her petty complaints she was attempting to solicit a refund which we ultimately gave, in a futile attempt to satisfy her. We even went to the extent of providing her a walking cane that she requested. The bogus “bad area” she referred to is just a few steps from Daytona Beach central, Worlds Most Famous Beach. Our near stellar Reviews indicates we provide an exceptional ocean front property. You simply can’t please everyone.

Very disappointed except view from balcony

The unit could of been alot more cleaner it was dirty we had to sanitize everything …I didn’t see any upgrades …the best thing about it was the view from the balcony which we spent alot of time on …the kitchen bathroom and floor was dirty I’ve been in a lot of VRBO’s but this one was the worst…. If u want proof we have pictures….we didn’t run the AC in the bedroom because the filters and unit was filthy and I wonder why this VRBO was rated so high?? Sorry but this how we felt!

I question and dispute this review. Granted, there could have been some slight grit tracked in due to the recent refinishing of the hall floors, but that would have been very minimal at most. We completely clean this unit after every rental and we believe our VRBO and prior Guest 5 star ratings supports this. We are sorry our condo did not meet with this Guest approval, but we, VRBO, and all other Guest disagree by virtue of our stellar rating.

Des vacances avec vue splendide

D'abord, la communication avec l'hôte est A1! Il répond aux demandes et questions rapidement. L'emplacement est super. À proximité de tout. Avec une petite famille, nous pouvions nous rendre facilement à pieds à plein d'endroits. Le condo est doté de tout les commodités nécessaires. Pas nécessairement au goût du jour, mais très fonctionnel pour les besoins d'un couple seul ou d'une petite famille comme nous (bébé de 10 mois et enfant de 5 ans). La chambre à coucher et la cuisine/salon sont séparés par une porte, c'est un plus avec des enfants pour profiter du condo une fois qu'ils sont couchés! Le bémol de notre séjour, nous y avons passé 2 fin de semaine et c'était bruyant à quelques reprises dans les corridors le soir et la nuit. La vue est à couper le souffle et le complexe est très bien entretenu à l'intérieur (lobby, salle de jeux, etc) et à l'extérieur (piscine,etc). Merci d'offrir cet emplacement aux gens 💕 Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve avec nos enfants!

Perfect spot

15 minute walk to main street , close to restaurants and loved the pool and hot tub. Condo itself is small, perfect for a couple. Right on the beach. Amazing view from balcony. Great Location

This Condo is right on Daytona Beach. Great Views and easy access to the Beach. Wayne and Tammy have great Communication with you all the way through your stay. They want thier guest to have the best time they can. The property is very nice and has easy access to everywhere in the area. Would highly recomend to anybody that likes the Ocean.

Winter retreat

In all the years using VRBO we have never had such a warm welcome by owner. Very helpful in offering suggestions for activities and dining. After the weather was so bad (coldest in 10 years) offered us additional days.

Very nice condo on the beach! Clean and friendly!

Had 0 problems with this rental, super nice owners. Excellent communication. Very easy check in / check out. Great location on the beach. I loved walking on the beach from our room, down to the bars on the beach. Locked gates and cameras provide good security. I would definitely stay again, much better deal than the hotels and you get more (like a full kitchen!)
