Old Florida charm in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Olde Naples. Great condo with 3 bedrooms plus den, 2 full baths and cozy living room. Just 4 short blocks to the beach, super close to the best shopping and dining Naples has to offer, and a short distance to the Naples Pier. Magnificent Banyan tree greets you on arrival, enjoy views of the pool and tropical landscaping from the screened lanai.

Additional features include electric shutter in the lanai, stackable washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, 3 TV's, cable, Wifi, portable bluetooth speakers and a wireless printer. Also provided are numerous fun board games and sporting equipment including tennis racquets, basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, football and pool noodle floats. The condo is fully stocked with 2 sets of sheets for all the beds, bath towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. There is also a grill provided for all guest use around the pool.

Minimum 30 day stay and maximum 60 day stay.

This is a small 10 unit condo complex split in two separate buildings with the pool in the middle. Please note this unit is on the second floor. Parking provided. Sleeps up to 7 people.

Perfection in Naples

Our stay was perfect!!! Accommodation were spacious & comfortable. The two bathrooms were “cozy” but very clean as was the rest of the condo. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Towels, sports equipment, beach chairs, games & kitchen equipment, & appliances were all in perfect condition. Lovely pool area as well. Our host was extremely responsive to our questions & did everything he could to make our stay comfortable! Loved our location... great proximity to dining , shopping & the beach!!! We were lucky to find such a gem!

Absolute Paradise

We spent a glorious month here and would have stayed longer had it not already been reserved. The location is perfect...within eye shot of the 3rd Street shops and restaurants. The condo is in wonderful condition - very clean, with all the amenities you would want in your home away from home. There is ample space for a family , a screened lanai overlooking the pool and garden, a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor/board games, and things for the beach as well. The beach is a short three block walk from the front door. If the beach is not your thing, the swimming pool is another great amenity. We spent many afternoons poolside - often being the only people there. Also in the pool area is a gas grill and dining table under white string lights, which made alfresco dining so special. Most importantly, our hosts could not have been more gracious. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

We have visited Naples a number of times over the past few years and just fell in love with the town. We recently decided to purchase our own place. We hope that you take advantage of this beautiful condo and town.

Why they chose this property

This condo is located perfectly to enjoy all the benefits of Olde Naples. Being able to walk to the beach for sunsets, Naples Pier for fishing, being only one block from our favorite 3rd Street dining & shopping and only six blocks from famous 5th Ave it is just the perfect spot for vacationing. The condo has 3 large bedrooms and a cozy lanai overlooking the pool. Everything is just perfect. Rare to find a condo that sleeps 7 people that is located right downtown.
