LA PERLITA Studio Pivert

Pierrette and Marc will be happy to welcome you and welcome you to LA PERLITA.
Your accommodation is in a quiet dead end less than 4 min walk from the beach and 3 min from the center of JACO with all shops, bars and restaurants.
You will be accommodated in a studio with an equipped kitchen, two small beds, an independent bathroom and a small terrace which will allow you to take your meals outside if you wish.
TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE 4 PEOPLE WE ARE ADDING 2 VERY COMFORTABLE MATTRESSES DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR.
You can also relax in the swimming pool admiring the hummingbirds, butterflies and other birds that come into the garden
Depending on availability and upon reservation, you can come and meet at SAN JOSE airport for $ 80 and for all other requests you can consult us.
Car rental at the end of the street.

Short and sweet

I'd certainly recommend a stay here. It's just off the busy Jaco Main Street. Quiet, cool and clean is what comes to mind when I stayed here.

The property itself is cute once you got inside the gate. I was a little scared bc the room came with a can of raid. Jaco was not our scene. But if you’re a crack or heroine addicted, you’ll love it here!

Perfect spot in a Jaco

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at La Perlita. It is in a safe and tranquil location close to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. The pool is a great place to relax and watch all of the wildlife- Iguanas, squirrels, butterflies, and more. Marc and Pierette were very friendly and accommodating to any issues or questions we had. The check in process was super convenient as they provide rides to and from the airport for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend La Perlita for anyone traveling to Jaco!

Close to the beach and restaurants

The grounds are beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed surfing in the morning and a dip in the pool in the afternoon. Then a short walk down for dinner . We could have cooked in the room but decided not to!!

Great little place to stay.

Pierrette and Marc were very friendly and welcoming. The unit was simple but clean. The pool area is a great place to watch the local iguanas and birds. Would definitely stay there again.

Proche du centre ville mais au calme, un petit paradis entouré de verdure et d'animaux : oiseaux, écureuils, iguanes jouant à cache cache dans les arbres. Nous recommandons LA PERLITA. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
